Shaykh Fayaz Tilly

Shaykh Fayaz Tilly is an Islamic scholar, educator, and chaplain based in Calgary. He serves as resident scholar at the South Calgary Knowledge& Tarbiya Centre and has previously worked as a chaplain at several universities. A graduate of Al-Madania Islamic Seminary, he received a gold medal for interfaith work from King Abdullah Il in 2017. He founded Ilmintensive in 2007, is active in youth and community development, and enjoys skiing, biking, and family life in Southem Calgary.
